3D SCANNING
MOST RAPID AND PRECISE WAY TO CONVERT AN OBJECT TO 3D MODEL
From a small part to a large assembly, 3D scanning can generate an accurate digital model very quickly. When curves or complex geometry are present, standard measurement tools cannot obtain accurate data. A 3D scan will give you millions of reference points in a very short time.

PRE-PROCESSING MODEL
NEXT GENERATION IN 3D MODELING
How would you feel wearing a piece of art? Change people reaction and be proud of your unique look.
Unlock new possibility in lightweighting, thermal management, shock absorption and surface finish. Reduce material cost without sacrificial structural integrity.
SCAN TO CAD
Scanned models are convenient but difficult to edit. We have the expertise to make the conversion into a solid 3D model. You then have access to a CAD file which can be modified according to your needs.
CAD TO 3D PRINT
A lots of features can be added to a CAD model to get better chance of a print success, great surface finish and better strength to weight ratio. We can also add textures or lattices to enhance even more your design.
TEXTURE
Surface finish of 3D printed parts can be drastictly ameliorated by adding a texture. We have access to more than 5000 textures. Tell us which texture you want and we will add it to your cad.
LATTICE
Lattices can achieve optimal strength to weigth ration and even create rebound surface. They are extremely well adapted for 3D printing as there is endless design possibilities.
3D PRINTING
COMPETETIVE TO INJECTION MOLDED PART
With advanced enginerring raw material and new printing technologies, strong and durable part can be mass produce.

For low to medium batch production, 3D printing excel in lower set-up cost,
continuous improvement capacity, just in time inventory and advanced geometric design.

POST-PROCESSING PART
YOU WONT NOTICE IT IS 3D PRINTED
All 3D prints are produced layer by layer, so the surface texture is directly impacted by the print resolution. With the use of industrial printers and engineering materials, we can manufacturer parts with pratiquely no visible layer lines.
Additionally, if support structures are required for your part, the contact points will leave additional defects. We have the expertise to determine the optimum printing orientation to minimize these defects.

STAGE 1
SUPPORT REMOVAL
Printed parts sometimes need supports. These supports will be removed but the marks left by the contact points between the support and the part will be present.
STAGE 2
SUPPORT MARK REMOVAL
The supports marks will be smoothed by sanding. Print layers will still be visible on the surface.
STAGE 3
SURFACE PREPARATION AND ASSEMBLY
Parts will be sanded to a smooth surface finish and assembled together if necessary. A primer will be apply to prepare the part for finishing coat.
STAGE 4
FINISHING COAT
Choose any color and a mat or gloss clear coat. Optionnaly we can apply a ceramic protective coating for extreme durability.
